Foothills Summer Camps 2025 Registration is now open for Foothills Summer Camps for 2025! Join Foothills School for some summer fun! Each week we will have a different STEAM focus and families can sign up for one session or all 4! Ages 5-11. Students not currently enrolled at Foothills are welcome! CREATIVE ART DESIGN - June 16 - 20 This dynamic and interactive week will introduce campers to the exciting world of visual communication and creative design. Campers will explore fundamental art principles with hands-on experiences that foster artistic expression and exposure to multiple mediums! In Creative Art Design, campers will learn about a variety of artists, styles, and techniques while creating their own unique projects. TINKER BUILDER - June 23 - 27 Calling all young builders, creators, and inventors! Get ready to roll up your sleeves, ignite your imagination, and dive into a world of hands-on exploration in Tinker Builder! For this session, campers will embark on exciting projects where they’ll design, build, and invent using a wide range of materials—both indoors and outdoors—fueling their creativity and expanding their problem-solving skills. Tinker Builder will inspire campers to explore their ideas, think critically, and experiment with new concepts . Along the way, campers will learn about engineering, art, and design, while discovering how to bring their unique ideas to life. SCIENCE & NATURE - July 7 - 11 In Science and Nature Camp, the wonders of the natural world come alive through hands-on science, exploration, and adventure! Campers will spend their days immersed in the beauty of the natural world while engaging in exciting science experiments, environmental projects, and nature exploration. Campers will dive into the world of scientific inquiry. They'll conduct experiments, engage with materials, and try out new ideas. Campers will also unleash their creativity by making art with natural materials. Science and Nature camp is an opportunity to connect with the world around us, ask questions, and discover new things! MOVEMENT & MOTION - July 14 - 18 During this summer camp session, the excitement of movement meets the wonder of discovery! Campers will explore the science behind motion in all its forms. We’ll dive into the fascinating world of motion through interactive activities that spark curiosity and encourage exploration. Campers will learn about the principles of physics that govern motion—like force, speed, and gravity. Through visual arts experiences, campers will explore how movement inspires creativity. They will use different mediums to capture and express the dynamic energy of motion. Whether it’s through running games, water play, art projects or science experiments, campers will have plenty of opportunities to experience movement in all forms. You can register HERE.
