WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26


Nampa

Nampa God and Country Festival and Fireworks

4pm-11pm ~ Bring your friends and family for an afternoon of celebration. (Non-denominational) Enjoy tons of family-friendly action packed activities for the whole family! Great music, food, military appreciation, BMX Extreme Sports Exhibition and lots more entertainment for the afternoon and then be enlightened by the spectacular FIREWORKS show at dusk! Free admission, $5 parking fee (Free parking with Idaho State Parks Passport)

Marsing

Marsing Independence Day Celebration

Annual 3rd of July Fireworks Extravaganza in Marsing is attended by over 5,000 people from all over Southwest Idaho and Eastern Oregon. The festivities start at 6:00 p.m. Feel free to find the perfect spot by the Snake River to view the fireworks and enjoy family oriented activities and lots of fantastic local food and drink.

6:00 p.m. ~ Fun activities for the family-dunk tank, bounce house, a kid's train, kid's games, food, music and entertainment, and an after fireworks dance! All activities will take place at Island Park on the Snake River

Boise

7am ~ Gem State Kiwanis Annual 4th of July Pancake Breakfast Julia Davis Park next to the Gene Harris Band-shell - 700 S Capitol Blvd.

Annual 4th of July Pancake Breakfast hosted by the Gem State Kiwanis. This event takes place in Julia Davis Park next to the Gene Harris Band-shell. Our delicious Pancake Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM until 11:00 AM. While you are enjoying your breakfast, complete with sausage and your choice of drinks including milk, coffee, orange juice or water, sit back and relax and listen to some of our local entertainment playing patriotic music suitable for the whole family to enjoy. Purchase your tickets in advance online. $6.00 - Children 13 & under | $7.00 - Seniors | $8.00 - Adults | $25.00 - Families - 2 Adults 2 or more.

Boise Independence Day Celebration

11am ~ 2019 We the People Liberty Day Parade – Downtown Boise. Parade Route Map

Parade Parking - There is no parking available along the parade route. Since July 4th is a holiday, there should be parking available a few blocks away from the parade and you can walk in.

Water - We do ask that you refrain from spraying any floats that do not have water on board. Many floats will be damaged by water. We also ask that you refrain from spraying any floats with senior citizens or young children, as well as antique and expensive cars. The general rule is: Don’t spray unless sprayed upon.

6pm ~ Festivities begin at Ann Morrison Park and food and drink vendors available on site. 

10:15pm ~ Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration

Fireworks will be at located at Ann Morrison Park and are free to attend. Food and beer vendors will open for business at 6 p.m. for people who want to spend some time in the park before the big show. Boise Police will close Crescent Rim to through traffic starting at 6:30 p.m. Residents may access it until 9:30 p.m.

Helpful tips for attendees:

  • No fireworks or sparklers are allowed in the park
  • Drones not permitted
  • Please leave pets at home
  • Consider bringing the following items: water, sunscreen, bug spray, flashlight and a blanket or chair to sit on
  • Bring a flashlight to facilitate a safe and visible exit from the park after the show.
  • No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the park.
  • Alcoholic beverages are illegal within 250 feet of the Boise River
  • Smoking is prohibited except in a designated area in the southwest corner of the park near the duck pond
  • The Disc Golf Course will be closed July 3rd/4th in Ann Morrison Park

Garden City

Boise Hawks Baseball vs Tri-City Dust Devils

7:15pm-10:45pm ~ The Boise Hawks will take on the Tri-City Dust Devils at Memorial Stadium. Enjoy an exciting post game fireworks show in the stadium! Tickets range from $7-$35. Purchase your tickets online or at the gate. 

Emmett

Gem County 4th of July Fireworks

10:20pm ~ FIREWORKS at Gem Island Sports Complex. Bring your blankets and chairs! Come early and enjoy the delicious food from Pepe’s Sauce - yummy tacos and more! (Enter through the north entrance to the Island ONLY. The south entrance will not be opened to cars or pedestrians due to fireworks safety regulations.)

Meridian

Meridian Independence Day Festival

The Meridian Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to present an afternoon and evening of family activities in celebration of the Fourth of July.  Meridian’s Independence Day Festival will kick off at 3:00pm on Thursday, July 4, in Storey Park and culminate with a spectacular professional fireworks show, presented in partnership with the Meridian Speedway, shortly after dusk.

3:00pm-11pm ~ Festival attractions will include an inflatable obstacle course, slide and bounce houses, three-legged races, hula hoop contests and more fun for the whole family. Festival goers are welcome to bring their own picnic into the park or be liberated from the kitchen by picking up tasty treats from local food vendors.

7:30pm-10:30pm Big Wow Band

10:15-10:30pm ~ FIREWORKS!

Star

Star's Hometown 4th of July Celebration

7am ~ Fun Run (Register HERE)

10am ~ Hometown Parade Starts (Parade begins at W State Street in front of El Mariachi Loco and travels west, ending at Star Road.)

11am-1pm ~ Lunch & Pie Auction at LifeSpring Church

All activities listed below will take place at Hunters Creek Sports Park (Floating Feather and Star Rd). Bring a lawn chair or blanket!  Refreshments will be available and raffle prizes will be drawn throughout the evening.

3pm-6pm ~ Kids Games/Water Fun with Star Fire

6:30pm ~ Star Talent Show

6:30-8pm ~ Raffle

8:00pm ~ Concert (the Fabulous Chancellors, return to play your favorite hits of the 50s 60s and 70s)

Melba

Melba Old Tyme 4th of July Celebration

Festivities all day including a fun run, parade, concessions and vendors, tractor pull, horseshoe pitching contest, arts & crafts fair, Melba Senior Center luncheon and much more! Fireworks will begin at dusk!

6:00am-6:45am ~ Registration for fun run & walk (sign up online for early registration)
7:00am ~ QRU Fun Run & walk begins (7:15am for 2 milers)
9:00am ~ Parade line up, arts and crafts fair, food concessions begin
9:30am ~ Judging of parade entries

Middleton

Middleton 4th of July Celebration

6:30am-11pm ~ The 4th of July festivities will kick off with the Fireman's breakfast from 6:30am-11am at the Firehouse. The Wet -N-Wild Parade will start at 12pm afterwards will be lots of family fun including duck races, contests & tournaments, downhill derby, live entertainment, vendors, car show, lots of kid activities and fireworks at dark. Event held at Middleton Place Park and throughout the City of Middleton.

Caldwell

City of Caldwell 4th of July Parade & Celebration

Celebrate Independence day with family and friends at Memorial Park and enjoy entertainment for the whole family.  There will be tons of entertainment throughout the day including a parade, flag ceremony, car show, pie eating contest, museum tours, bike contest, wet zone, fireworks and more!

9am ~ Patriotic Parachuter flies the American Flag to the 1st hole at the Fairview Golf Course to begin the parade
9am ~ Parade-Memorial Park - 411 Blaine St. (Map of Parade Route)
10am-3pm Van Slyke Museum Tours
10:45am- Opening Ceremonies-Fallen Soldier & Flag Ceremony
10:00am-3pm ~ Family & Kid activities, Car Show, Vendors, Live Music, Watermelon Contest @ 11:30am, Most Patriotic Dog @ 11:15am, Most Patriotic Bike @11am, Performers, and Wet Zone!
The Caldwell City Pool will be open July 4th from 1 - 6pm -- No cost to swim today!
10:15pm ~ FIREWORKS at Brother's Park. Spectator areas will include Brothers Park, Caldwell High School, the YMCA parking lot and Heritage School. Parking will be available at the Caldwell High School for a $2 fee (Map of seating area) (Road Closures)

Homedale

Homedale Lions Club Demolition Derby and Fireworks

5:30pm-11:30pm ~ Owyhee County Rodeo Grounds - Engines roaring, crowd cheering, and every little kid filled with pure excitement! These are all the sites and sounds at the Homedale Lion's Club Demolition Derby. Bring the family & come watch as these drivers compete for the cash prizes and bragging rights! Fireworks to follow derby. Tickets only sold ONLINE. Ticket prices - $15. Children 2-up require a ticket. 

Notus

Notus 4th of July Celebration

7:45am ~ Flag Raising & Singing of the National Anthem - Notus Community Center

8am-10am ~ Pancake Breakfast ($5 Adults, $3 Kids 3-12, FREE Under 2, $18 Family (up to 6 people)

8am-10am ~ Live Music

10am ~ Patriotic Parade

11am ~ Yard games, Cornhole Tournament, and hotdogs, sponsored by Notus First Baptist in their yard. Free and fun for everyone! 

Wilder

Wilder Hometown 4th of July Celebration

12pm ~ Parade

Parade route: Starting and sign-in at Chula Vista Housing Complex 500 S. 5th Street, traveling North down 5th Street, turning right onto Avenue A, winding around the Wilder City Park and ending at the Wilder High School parking lot. *Note: Parade entrants Do not stop at City Park due to safety issues – continue to high school parking lot*

12pm-5:00pm ~ Wilder City Park - there will be food vendors, music, beer garden, kid’s activities, raffles, gifts, car show and much more

Cascade

2019 Cascade Thunder Mountain Days Parade & Fireworks 

Come join the Thunder Mountain Days in Cascade, Idaho on Thursday, Jul 4, 2019. Since the 4th of July is on a Thursday this year, why not take Thursday and Friday off and spend some great family time in beautiful Cascade, Idaho for Thunder Mountain Days?

Enjoy a pancake breakfast to start the morning off from 8:00 to 10:00, the Parade starts at 11:00 followed by a BBQ Lunch from 12:00 to 2:00 while enjoying music provided by Don Gaynor! There will be fun activities for the whole family, gold panning with Midas Gold — all at Armstrong Park! Or, go to Remington’s parking lot to enjoy the Crawfish Feed and raffles from 12:00 to 2:00. Enjoy time at the Rec Center Swimming pool, and cap the day off with beautiful fireworks at dusk over Cascade Lake at VanWyck Park.

**July 6th at 8am - Rubber Duck Race from Kelly's Whitewater Park. Help support the Cascade Thunder Mountain Fireworks Display and a chance to win some great prizes. 1 Duck for $5 or 5 Ducks for $20. Ends at the Cascade South Bridge by Arrowhead RV Park. You do not need to be present to win.

McCall

City of McCall Lakeside Liberty Festival

This year's theme is Idaho's Outdoor Playground. The City of McCall will host local retail booths, displays, food vendors & more celebrating all that's amazing in recreation and relaxation in our area. Food, vendor experiences, and the water slide open at 10am and run until 4pm. Some vendors will stay all weekend! Music by Starr & KDZY will start at 1PM. Fireworks will begin over the lake at 10:15pm!
